"Although I did not buy my 2012 Victory Vegas 8-ball from Cliffs (which now I feel as if I should had). I take my bike in for all types of services and adjustments. Jason the service foreman makes it happen. They are always able to fit me in their schedule. The biggest surprise was when they stated they could fabricate an exhaust for my Victory. These guys now their stuff and I always go to them. "

"I was happy with the purchase of my new shadow. Within a few blocks I had my seat and knew we're a good fit. By the time I got home I felt as one with it. The ad on the website said Like new. I was told on the phone that the bike is show room, looks brand new. Both sales people and other people I spoke with touted the bike as showroom clean. I was shown the bike in a dark room and it indeed looked beautiful to me. However, on the way home I couldn't use the left mirror, just out of adjustment, no problem. When I got home and started to adjust the mirror in the sunlight, I saw deep scratches on the chrome part of the mirror so I picked up the left foot peg and sure enough, it was ground down to almost nothing and rusty, as well as a corner of the shift lever and deep scratches on the left side of the front fender and scratches on the ball of the clutch lever. This bike has obviously been down. It made me look at other things, and there's rust showing in the adjustment rings of the rear shocks. The negative battery cable is already starting to corrode so I know the bike spent its life by the water with probably a carport at best for protection. Also, the tool set isn't there along with some misc. other nitpicky things. None of this would have kept me from buying the bike but either you shoved it into the dark room for used bikes and never looked at it or you all lied about its condition. If you looked at the bike in the light, there's now way that bike shop guys wouldn't have seen the damage. That disappoints me and makes me believe you're no better than other untrustworthy car salesmen. Both salesmen seemed honest and on the up and up and for that, I'm disappointed but should have known better than to take someone else's word as true."

"I purchased a Suzuki m50 yesterday, my first bike in years, and the whole experience at Cliffs was excellent. I've had horrible luck with salesmen/women over the years in Washington, but Rick at Cliffs was superb, even considering the bike I bought he wanted for himself :) The whole experience couldnt have been better for me. Everyone was super friendly and answered all my silly and/or stupid questions. From the boss, to the sales guys, the girl who took my money, to the shop guys before I rode off on the new bike, everyone was really cool. They even reattached the bags I had previously asked them to take off, and did a double check of the bike and filled the gas tank before I rode out. With service like that, I will be going back for my wifes bike when she decides its time to buy."

"I have been a loyal customer for over 10 yrs since I bought my first Suzuki. I still have the same bike with 120,000 miles. I have never had a problem with anyone in the store. The personnel are always helpful with a smile on their faces. The Service Department has never done me wrong and very helpful in keeping my bike in running condition. If they have to keep the bike, I am kept up to date with parts on back order. Parts Department, again, always helpful and make sure I have options on what to buy. Seems like everyone knows me when I come in and always greeted like a returning family member. Always smiles, laughs and asking how the family is doing. I recommend Cliff's to all my friends who own Suzuki."
